Beta policy — legal review pending
Terms of Service
These provisional Terms govern access to the current free Lifeisgood Web Beta. By creating an account or continuing after a versioned notice, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Notice.
Effective July 14, 2026
Beta status and contracting party
The service is an early Beta operated under the temporary name Lifeisgood. The operator's formal legal name, postal address, governing-law clause, and public support contact have not yet been published. These omissions must be resolved and reviewed by counsel before general availability.
Do not use the Beta if you require a final commercial agreement or a formally identified contracting party before testing the service.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these Terms. You must use the enabled Google sign-in method, provide accurate account information, protect access to your Google account, and notify us through an available support channel if you believe access has been compromised.
Do not share an account or attempt to merge separate accounts by matching email addresses. Separate Google provider subjects remain separate accounts even when Google supplies the same email address.
Free Beta access
The current Beta is free. It does not offer a checkout, subscription, lifetime purchase, paid AI pack, or automatic renewal. The first successful Beta access activation automatically grants 10 promotional AI assists once per account. They are shared across journeys, do not expire during the Beta, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred, refunded, purchased, or redeemed.
Features, capacity, and availability may change or end during the Beta. We will publish updated terms and ask for any required agreement before introducing a paid feature.
What the service is and is not
Lifeisgood is a planning tool that helps you compare directions and organize a goal, milestones, and next action. It does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, employment, or career advice and does not diagnose personality or psychological conditions.
If you may act on thoughts of suicide or self-harm, do not rely on this service. Contact emergency services or an official crisis service immediately.
Your content and permission to process it
You retain your rights in content you submit. You give the Beta operator and its service providers a limited permission to host, encrypt, process, transmit, back up, display to you, and export that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service under the Privacy Notice.
You are responsible for having the right to submit content and for avoiding confidential, unlawful, infringing, or unnecessarily sensitive information. P0 evidence supports only text and HTTPS URLs, not image or file uploads.
Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the service, bypass access or rate limits, probe another person's account, submit malicious code, automate abusive traffic, misuse crisis resources, infringe rights, or use the service for unlawful or harmful activity. You may not treat AI output as verified fact about any person.
Optional AI assists
AI runs only after an explicit request and versioned consent. Output can be inaccurate, biased, incomplete, or inappropriate. It is a suggestion, not a fact or diagnosis, and it does not change saved journey data until you review and apply it.
Use manual features if you do not accept provider processing, including possible processing in the People's Republic of China.
Availability, suspension, and termination
The Beta is provided on an as-available basis without a service-level commitment. We may limit, suspend, or end access to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law, or change the Beta. You may stop using the service or request account deletion at any time.
Ending the Beta does not authorize us to ignore the published deletion and retention commitments.
Disclaimers and liability boundary
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Beta is provided without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular outcome. You remain responsible for decisions and actions based on your path or AI suggestions.
Mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain unaffected. A qualified lawyer must add the operator-specific liability, indemnity, dispute, governing-law, and contact provisions before general availability.
