Support is limited during the private Beta. No public support email, guaranteed response time, or paid-service support plan is currently offered.

This document is a good-faith Beta disclosure, not a claim of legal approval. It must be reviewed by qualified U.S. and Canadian counsel before general availability or any paid launch.

Beta support channel

Use the private channel through which you received Beta access, if one was provided. If you were not given a channel, direct human support is not currently available. A public contact method is required before general availability.

If the app shows a Support ID, keep that identifier with the route, approximate time, browser, and action that failed. Never send passwords, secret keys, identity-provider tokens, complete prompts, private journey text, or payment information.

Self-service account and data controls

The Account page is designed to show linked sign-in methods and consent status and to provide account-data export and account-deletion controls. Journey pages provide Markdown and PDF exports. Deletion revokes access immediately and schedules product data removal within 30 days.

Billing questions

The current Beta does not accept payment or offer purchases, subscriptions, or AI add-ons. If you see an unexpected charge, preserve non-sensitive transaction details and contact your bank or card provider promptly.

Security or privacy concerns

Do not publish a vulnerability, personal information, or credentials in a public repository. Until a dedicated private security contact is published, use an existing private Beta channel if available and revoke any exposed provider credential immediately.

Immediate mental-health crisis

Lifeisgood is not a crisis service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

In the United States, call or text 988 or use the 988 Lifeline chat. In Canada, call or text 9-8-8. These services are independent of Lifeisgood.

Service status

A public status page is not currently available. Beta availability is best-effort, and the product should fail safely without exposing private content when a provider is unavailable.
